Hello!

Brett Rose is a queer wigmaker, costume designer, and artist from Houston, TX. He is about to graduate from The Theatre School at DePaul University with a BFA Costume Design degree.

As a designer, he is always looking for how to create a relevant and engaging experience for an audience, while also maintaining a level of artistry and professionalism that reflects what he thinks a 21st-century designer should have. In addition to loving art and working in the entertainment industry, he enjoys collaborating with others and working hands-on with the projects he takes on. He wants to show the world his diverse skills and experiences through personal projects, working with and under other artists, and cooperating with his peers to produce groundbreaking new work.

He prides himself in being an openly and unapologetically gay artist, and his goal is to create work that celebrates and uplifts the LGBTQ+ community and other marginalized groups through sharing the art, stories, and experiences of underrepresented people.
